We’re Hiring: Project Technician
Description
L’Eixida SCCL is a non-profit worker cooperative based in Sabadell dedicated to promoting the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).
We support projects from their initial conception through to their growth and/or consolidation, offering technical assistance in economic management, training and accounting, as well as guidance on team management and the development of new lines of work.
We also collaborate with organizations and local governments in the creation of economic development plans, the design and implementation of strategic projects, and gender-aware budgeting. Additionally, we promote training and research in the fields in which we operate.
We are looking to hire a full-time worker with interest and experience in the Social and Solidarity Economy, to support cooperative projects, local development initiatives, and gradually take on various tasks across the organization.
Indicative Tasks
These tasks will initially be carried out with guidance and support.
- Group sessions for ideation, support, and project consulting:
Preparing sessions
Facilitating sessions
Addressing questions and concerns
- Support for socio-economic initiatives
One-on-one sessions
Coordination with project leads and stakeholders
- Facilitation of meetings
Selecting tools or methodologies appropriate to each session
Taking notes and summarizing outcomes
- Project writing
- Drafting strategic plans
- Writing and submitting grant applications
- Grant reporting and follow-up
Project and financial monitoring
Organizing invoices
Expenses for justification
Job Features

- 37.5 hours/week
- Possibility to combine remote work (1 day/week) with on-site presence after onboarding
- Permanent contract
- Salary: €19,920 gross/year (12 monthly payments)
- 40 vacation days per year

- Proximity to the workplace and knowledge of the local area, as well as use of sustainable transport
- Experience in the SSE field (associations, activism, cooperatives, etc.)
- Initiative, teamwork, autonomy, adaptability, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of municipalism and public policy
- Knowledge of feminism and ecosocial transition
- Experience managing public grants and tenders
