We are excited to present our first training cycle: Find the Way Out! It includes five online sessions, all held at 3 PM, each lasting approximately one to two hours.
Find the Way Out!
L’Eixida’s first training cycle
A practical and reflective learning journey in self-management with a feminist perspective.
Composed of five online sessions:
Strategy (October 4)
A solid annual forecast is key to making good and fair decisions for your project. In this first session, we’ll talk about closing the previous year, opening the next, managing cash flow, and doing all of this with a feminist strategic lens.
Team (October 7)
We’ll introduce practical tools and techniques for feminist team facilitation, building on the strategy from the first session. This will help you implement new collaborative work models to foster healthier group dynamics and make your community workspaces more effective and sustainable.
Productivity (October 13)
This session focuses on time. Task management is a crucial element for achieving goals and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships. Dedicating time to time allows collective projects to move forward with more confidence and less stress or conflict.
Rootedness (October 18)
We’ll close the cycle by exploring strategies for territorial outreach and project launching. This includes strengthening ties with the local context and institutions through context analysis, network building, alliances, and impact evaluation.
Virtuality (October 21)
One of the legacies of COVID is the increased presence of digital spaces in our work. This session will adapt previous tools and techniques to the virtual format, aiming for more participatory, inclusive, and efficient online work environments.
