{"id":1105,"date":"2025-06-10T12:44:26","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T12:44:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leixida.org\/job-offer-2024\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T12:44:26","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T12:44:26","slug":"job-offer-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leixida.org\/en\/job-offer-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"JOB OFFER &#8211; 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"subtitol-blog-post\">L\u2019Eixida SCCL, a non-profit worker cooperative based in Sabadell, is looking to hire a full-time team member for the growth area of the cooperative.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>We are seeking a Technical Accounting and Tax Specialist.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Eixida del Teler SCCL, a non-profit worker cooperative in Sabadell, is seeking to hire a full-time staff member for its accounting and administrative services area.<\/p>\n<p>The person joining our team will work in the financial department of the cooperative, managing accounting and tax records, as well as organizing and archiving documentation related to accounting and treasury, using our internal management software.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone with proven experience in accounting and tax management, especially in the context of organizations within the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Perform accounting tasks: data entry and control of client information in accounting software, bookkeeping, invoicing, treasury management, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of official documents.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and organize files related to accounting and treasury documents.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and provide documentation for grant justification.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out monthly and annual accounting closures.<\/li>\n<li>Submit tax forms.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients: responding to questions and managing information.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare corporate tax and annual accounts for cooperatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Possibility to combine remote and in-person work, based on mutual agreement and personal circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive, collaborative work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Professional experience in administration and accounting roles.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using accounting software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Value&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Experience in the Social and Solidarity Economy and cooperative sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in feminist economics.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, teamwork skills, autonomy, adaptability, empathy, and strong interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Immediate start<\/li>\n<li>Full-time position with the prospect of a long-term role.<\/li>\n<li>Salary: \u20ac24,300 gross per year.<\/li>\n<li>Working conditions: 40 paid days off per year, flexible schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV <a href=\"mailto:xavi@leixida.org\">xavi@leixida.org<\/a> and motivation letter to:<\/p>\n<h4>\u200d<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Eixida SCCL, a non-profit worker cooperative based in Sabadell, is looking to hire a full-time team member for the growth area of the cooperative.
