Additionally, we promote training and research in the fields in which we operate.   <\/p>\n<p>We are looking to hire a full-time worker with interest and experience in the Social and Solidarity Economy, to support cooperative projects, local development initiatives, and gradually take on various tasks across the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200dIndicative Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These tasks will initially be carried out with guidance and support.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group sessions for ideation, support, and project consulting:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparing sessions<\/p>\n<p>Facilitating sessions<\/p>\n<p>Addressing questions and concerns<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Support for socio-economic initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One-on-one sessions<\/p>\n<p>Coordination with project leads and stakeholders<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Facilitation of meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selecting tools or methodologies appropriate to each session<\/p>\n<p>Taking notes and summarizing outcomes<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Project writing<\/li>\n<li>Drafting strategic plans<\/li>\n<li>Writing and submitting grant applications<\/li>\n<li>Grant reporting and follow-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project and financial monitoring<\/p>\n<p>Organizing invoices<\/p>\n<p>Expenses for justification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Supportive, collaborative work environment<\/li>\n<li>Workplace: Mala Pe\u00e7a Cooperative Hub (Sabadell)<\/li>\n<li>37.5 hours\/week<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to combine remote work (1 day\/week) with on-site presence after onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Permanent contract<\/li>\n<li>Salary: \u20ac19,920 gross\/year (12 monthly payments)<\/li>\n<li>40 vacation days per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Will Value&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge of cooperative organizations and associations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to diverse projects<\/li>\n<li>Autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities after training<\/li>\n<li>Proximity to the workplace and knowledge of the local area, as well as use of sustainable transport<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the SSE field (associations, activism, cooperatives, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, teamwork, autonomy, adaptability, empathy, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of municipalism and public policy<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of feminism and ecosocial transition<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing public grants and tenders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Immediate start<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?\u200d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV a anna@leixida.org a short motivation letter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline: 29\/05\/2020 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u200dWe will review applications as we receive them and contact shortlisted candidates for a personalized interview.
