We are a self-management cooperative focused on the promotion, consolidation and development of all kinds of community projects adhered to the principles of the Social and Solidarity Economy and cooperativism in the Vall\u00e8s region.<\/h2>\n

L’Eixida was born in 2017 as a project to give way to a local need to strengthen and enhance the self-managing and transformative intercooperation practices that emerged in the Vall\u00e8s at that time. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to our knowledge and experiences in the field of self-organization, cooperativism and the Social and Solidarity Economy, we understood that we could be useful by pouring this knowledge into the field of work understood as day-to-day management in entities and organizations with a transformative vocation.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Eixida treat clients in a systemic way, encompassing all the necessary aspects for the proper functioning of the different projects, and relating them to the territory and the social environment. We believe that each project is completely dependent on the environment that surrounds it and that only with positive interaction can it become a consolidated actor.

One of the objectives of the Axis growth axis is the empowerment of the cooperatives and associations with whom we work. <\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019Eixida are intimately connected with the Social and Solidarity Economy of Sabadell and the region, through joint work with the Cooperative Teler (local nucleus of the XES in Sabadell) and all its affiliated entities.<\/p>\n

We approach community work from a set of skills, techniques and tools, with the aim of creating the conditions that allow a satisfactory development of group and personal processes; both in the achievement of their objectives and realization of their vision, as well as in the creation of a relational climate where trust reigns and a fluid, empathetic and honest communication. And we always treat it from a feminist and transformative perspective through the facilitation of groups. This working model is framed within the community axis of the Axis, since it becomes a tool designed basically to create strong communities.

The practices and tools we develop appeal to intercooperation and the creation of networks for social transformation. Our practice will have special weight within the entities of the Social and Solidarity Economy of the territory. This project responds to a need of the socio-political fabric of the area, since it has been detected that most of the closures of SSE entities are due to sustainability problems of teams.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

L\u2019Eixida generates projects and tools to move towards new models of socio-economic development at the local and territorial level, based on key axes: housing, culture, food sovereignty, solidarity economic circuits, inclusion, local commerce, urban planning… <\/strong>We carry it out from the principles of intercooperation, direct participation, resilience, socio-economic impact and social transformation in the framework of sovereignties.<\/strong><\/span>
Based on research and research, process facilitation, accompaniment to the local world, the promotion of collective economic projects and training with complicities or collaboration at three levels, public-cooperative-community.<\/span>
