Minors’ Data

By submitting personal data through this site, the user confirms they are at least 18 years old. If L’Eixida determines that data has been provided by a person under 18 in violation of this requirement, that data will be immediately deleted.
If, in order to properly submit a request, the user must provide personal data of minors under 18, the user guarantees to L’Eixida that they do so as the parent or legal guardian of the minor in question and expressly consent to the processing of the minor’s data. In this case, the user must prove the parental or guardianship relationship by providing an official document, such as a scanned copy of the family record book.
