Xavi Ibars

Partner

I come from the fighting movements of the pro-independence left, and now I also promote the Social and Solidarity Economy.

+ info
Professionally, I have experienced a curious and uncommon turnaround, which has led me from public and private health, national and international, to cooperative accounting, helping projects to understand their numbers and make them grow. And that makes me happy.

Núria Rigol

Partner

From the creation of my own cooperative, I discovered a collective and enriching way of working.

+ info
I am a social graduate and I have worked in the technical and administrative field in companies, federations and different cooperatives. I enjoy seeing new projects born and growing!

Anna Lara

Partner

Analyst and social communicator. In the Axis and the ESS I have found the space to unite ecofeminist and municipal knowledge.

+ info
I worked for many years studying the municipalities of Catalonia and with 15m I landed in the PAH of Sabadell, school like few. This led me to transfer my theoretical interest in municipalism to political reality and practice. In the ESS and especially the Eixida I have managed to find a unique place to mix and give way to the proposals of ecofeminist change and transformation, the wikipedia knowledge of the municipalities in very diverse areas and my passion for spreadsheets.

Blanca Gavarró

Partner

Economist, with roots in leisure and popular culture. Thank you for being part of a network with so much potential.

+ info
I start my career in the world of public enterprise, realizing right away that it is not my place. Soon I have the opportunity to start working with Eixida, while I am studying the postgraduate course in Social and Solidarity Economy at the UAB. Very grateful to surround me and participate in a network with so much potential and desire to change things.

Eudald Griera

Partner

Activist and cooperative, I accompany projects in the strategic and municipal field.

+ info
From a very young age I have participated in the activation and growth of multiple collective and self-managed spaces (both locally and nationally). With the promotion of a work cooperative in 2010, where I worked for 7 years, I started a formative and political immersion in the Social and Solidarity Economy. Since 2016 I have been accompanying and promoting socio-economic transformational projects both at work and in local administration, especially in the strategic field, and I have been promoting training spaces such as the UAB Postgraduate Course in SSE.

Bet Tena

Partner

An accountant for training and a conviction activist, I promote projects from the Ateneu del Vallès Occ. and l’Eixida.

+ info
Trained as an accountant, I combine my activist and professional life as I can, cooperativism is my way of transforming the system and feminism helps me get up every morning to fight inequalities. I come from the private company and start in the world of solidarity economy at the Cooperative Teler (XES Sabadell) where I work as a technician carrying out the Vallès Occ Cooperative Ateneo, from here we detect different needs of the territory and start promoting the Axis where we develop different projects incorporating the feminist perspective.

Gisella Mamani

Worker

Trained in Accounting Sciences and Public Management.
+ info
After years working in the state administration in Peru, in 2023 I completed a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. As part of the master’s degree, I did the professional internships in the 9Barris Urban Communality, where I was able to connect my vocation for the social economy with the daily practice of collective transformation, accompany community processes and teach digital literacy.

All this has served me to put into action values such as empathy, commitment and public management at the service of the common good. I am currently working at L’Eixida, a space that offers me the opportunity to learn and participate in projects directly linked to the social and solidarity economy.
